This policy explains what information Income Floor Check ("Income Floor Check", "we", "us") collects when you visit our website, fill out one of our forms, book a meeting, or receive our emails or text messages, and how we use and protect it.

- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and anything you choose to tell us in a form, a message or a meeting.
- Information about your visit: pages viewed, the address of the page that sent you to us, and basic device and browser details, collected through standard web logs and similar tools.
- Your communication choices: whether you agreed to receive our texts or emails, and when.
How we use it
- To respond to you and provide the information, meetings or services you asked for.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups you agreed to.
- To send educational emails or newsletters if you signed up. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep records our business and regulators require, and to protect against fraud and misuse.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from Income Floor Check, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to, such as appointment reminders, answers to your questions and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your texting opt-in and consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, who may use them for nothing else.

- Access or correction: contact us to see, correct or ask us to delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
